Skater shows her creative side

One of our team members, Jessica F., wrote the following poem about ice skating.  We are pleased to share it with you.

Ice-skating

I like ice-skating
Skating is very fun
Fun as in footwork
Footwork like three-turns
Three-turns begin jumps
Jumps are very challenging
Challenging jumps are axles
Axles are 1 ½ times around
Around and around for spins
Spins make you dizzy
Dizzy spins are sit spins
Spins, jumps, and footwork are fun
Fun to see people performing
Performing gives you a rush of excitement
Excitement - that's what ice-skating is all about!
